Bio

Since 2021, Nooshin Haji-Ghassemi has been a researcher in the Machine Learning Group at TU Kaiserslautern under supervision of Prof. Sophie Burkhardt and Prof. Marius Kloft. She holds a Bachelor's and a Masters' degrees in computer science from technical universities in Iran and Sweden respectively. She worked on medical applications of Machine learning at the university of Erlangen, Germany. During her Master’s thesis in TU Darmstadt, she worked on the theory of Gaussian processes.

Research interests

Nooshin Haji-Ghassemi is interested in machine learning theory, particularly in modelling mathematical operands used in different modelling and optimization methods. From the application point of view, her focus is on the text and especially the disentanglement of content and style in text.
